ORDINANCE NO. 2864-10-09
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS REPEALING SECTION 9,341 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 9-341 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Allen, Texas, be, and the same is hereby
repealed and reserved for future use to read as follows:
"See. 9-341. Reserved."
SECTION 2. All provisions of the ordinances of the City of Allen in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance shall be, and the same are hereby, repealed; provided, however, that all other provisions of said
ordinances not in conflict herewith shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Should any sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or section of this ordinance be
adjudged or held to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this ordinance
as a whole, or any part or provision thereof other than the part so decided to be invalid, illegal or
unconstitutional, and shall not affect the validity of the Code of Ordinances as a whole.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage in accordance with the
provisions of the Charter of the City of Allen, and it is accordingly so ordained.
