Motion Farmer Second Chandler to approve minutes as read. Motion carried 5 For 0 Agt.
Jim Williams of Wisesbaker, Fix presented a preliminary water, sewer and street

The Firm of Ned Rosario and Co. kad been recommended by Ron Fix, City Engineer,
to conduct an evaluation of our accounting system Bad to make recommendations
regarding time necessary procedures needed to comply with tke requirements of time
Nsviroameztal Protection Agency for the sewer grant. Motion Daugherty to
proceed witk tke Ned Rosario firm to set up tke accounting system, and seconded
by Ckandler. Motion amended to proceed if tkis is a coatimuiag service tkrougkout
all pleases of tke grant, with tke mayor to consult witk Mr. Rosario. Motloa carried
5 for 0 against.
Motion was made by Andrew Second Farmer to approve a Texas Municipal Leagu!
Resolution opposing tke removal of tax exemption status from municipal bonds.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Farmer Second by Ckandler to designate St. Mary St. east
of tke Churek a Fire lane because of tke traffice problems around tke sew
soccer fields on that street. Motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Pierson ask for authority to tura tke securing of easement for sewer
on tke Gaffaey property over to an attorney to seek tke best solution.
Motion Farmer Second Andrew to give him this autkarization. Motion carried
unanimously.
Bids for a mower were presented by Bobby Priddy, Park and Recreation Director.
Jacobson. - $4500, Toro - $5376.25, and Hustler - $5180.75. Motion Brooks
Second Daugkerty to purckase tke Jacobson. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion Andrew Second Brsoks to pay tke bilis. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion. Brooks Secoad Andrew to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
