Motion Farmer Second Andrew to approve minutes of the previous meeting with
one amendment. Farmer's motion to read " and request developer to abide by his
committment to the deed restrictions to rear entries." Motion carried 5 For
0 Against.
Motion Chandler Second Farmer to certify the Charter Election of 167 votes
for and 18 against as indicated by the Election .Judge Frank Dugger. Motion
carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Andrew Second Brooks to call the City Officers -Election for April 7.
Motion carried 5 For 0 Against. Frank Dugger was appointed Election Nudge
with Glenda Ford as alternate. Places were drawn as follows:
1. Joe Farmer
2. Charles Chandler
3. R.R. Daugherty
4. Glenn Andrew
5. B.C. Brooks
Places 1,3,R 5 will be elcted for a 2 year term and place 6 for a 1 year term.
Iarry Gammons of 416 Federal informed the council that he was told by his
realtor and former owner of his home that there would be an alley behind his
house. Because of the bad conditions now, he can't get into his house from the
rear and can't park in front because of the ditch and because it is located on
a service road. Motion Andrew Second Farmer for Ron Fix to draw up specifica-
tions and to seek bids for a 10 foot alley, 2 ; foot aprons up to the point
where the alley easement ends. Motion carried 5 For 0 Against. Tf funds are
available at that time, bids will be awarded. Tf possible, money to be re-
imburesed after bond election.
Motion Andrew Second Brooks to pay the bills including Cohen Construction
Company from the 1972 Revenue Bond Funds, Mott nn carried 5 For 0 Against,
Motion Daugherty Second Brooks to Adjourn. 5 For 0 Against.
