Prellaiaary Plats of Glens Hollow and Oak Hill additions were recommended for approval with a special exceptiea on smaller lots. Glen Hollow addition wan proposed containing approximately 158 lots, 110' x 601, for the Today Homes and approximately 159 Lots of the R4, Accent Homes. Oak Hill addition will have approximately 159 lets, 60' x 1101, Today Homes. Motion Brooks Second Farmer to approve the preliminary plat of Oak Rill with the 60' lots and an amount be escrowed for their share of Jupiter Ed. for two lases of concrete and the amount be set by our engineer. Vote was 2 for 3 against. Most opposition was to the size of the lots and after determining that the 65' mdslmum Jut had not be adopted by ordinance (Council had voted to authorize San Wyse to include this in the Zoning Ordinance and his work has not been completed) a motion was made by Andrew Second Farmer to accept P & Z recommendation on approving the Oak Hill plat with finds to be escrowed far -Z lenses of_J-4t�t�er_and 2 lanes of Beth%V for pavlas:. Vote was 3 for 2 against. ( Daugherty and Chandler). Tkis notion was sot an exception to the lot size since the city has net as yet adopted the 65' m1en� frontage. Motion wan sada by Brooks Second Daugherty to approve the preliminary plat of Gla Hollow addition with the developer pitting into escrow and amount for 2 lanes of concrete an Jupiter, also 2 Ines of concrete for Carpenter, and at such time when we meet with Plano and find that the future plans for Carpenter is mot a moor thoroughfare, we will amend. Motion, carried 4 for 1 against. (Chandler) Preliminary Plots of Phase II and III of Fouatsia Park East was presented by Del Morton and Joe Ascan. Motion Brooks Second Chandler to approve as recommended by P & Z. Motion carried unanimously. Dale Morton and Joe Ascan presented a proposed land use plan for 213.65 acres south of 2170. The SubDivisica to be known as Greenwood Valley. Planning and Zoning recommended a date be set for Public Hearing on rezoning fromR-2 to PD and anmeatica and to make the plat presented an attachment to the Ordinance. Motion Farmer Second Chandler to set March let as date for this hearing. Motion carried mnamimsusly. Motion Andrew Second Brooks to adopt Ordinance #257 relinquishing my right to any legal claim an property south of Hedgecoxe His which is along the Allea/Plaine boundary. The mayor and Don Crowder are to meet with the officials from Plaac to formulate an I agreement that would abandon the strip boundaries end form a peranvat agreement on boundary lives. Jay Banister of the engineering firm of HDR, presented the facility study, as prepared by their firm. This stuffy was designed to help us with the future facilities, however the council bad requested help for us is the immediate future. Mr. Banister said that he could not tell us what we needed to do at this time without sitting doss with all the Dept. Heads and the Council to get their feelings and needs. Council is to get back with him at a later date. Bob Acker, Fire Marshall, presented the Fireworks Ordinance that he feels we seed to eliminate the problem that we had last year. After a reading of the caption, motion was made by Andrew Second Farmer to adopt. Motion carried unarimeusly. ( ord. $256) Motion Andrew Second Farmer to adopt Ordinance #2k6, abandoning a portion of the right of way for the Vita and Boa property (which had beet approved last July). Motion carried unanimously. Motion Brooks Second Chandler to pay the bills. Motion carried 5 for 0 against. Motion Brooks Second Chandler to adjourn. Motion carried unaaimeusly.
