A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2413-&05(R) TO ESTABLISHNEW
FEES AND RATES FOR RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES;
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances of the City of Allen authorizes the City Council to amend the fees and rates
for solid waste collection services by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby establishes the following residential solid
waste collection service fees:
1. RESIDENTIAL Solid Waste Services
(Recycling)
Residential rate per month to CWD
$5.94
Residential rate per month to City of Allen
$11.12
Additional recycle poly cart per month to CWD
$1.70
SECTION 2. All provisions of the resolutions of the City of Allen, Texas, in conflict with the provisions of this
resolution be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this
resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Should any word, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phase or section of this resolution, be
adjudged or held to be void or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of said
resolution which shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage in accordance with the
provisions of the Charter of the City of Allen, and it is accordingly so resolved.
