' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISII NG FEES FOR THE USE OF JOE FARMER
RECREATION CENTER AND THE DON RODENBAUGH NATATORIUM;
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish various fees for the use of Joe Farmer Recreation Center
and the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION I. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby establishes the fees and charges set forth
herein for the use of Joe Farmer Recreation Center and the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium:
Joe Farmer Recreation Center
Resident Non -Resident
• Memberships at Joe Farmer include unlimited free access to Ford Pool during general public hours.
Don Rodenba nigh Natatorium
Short Term Membership (3 month) $60 $100
Short Term Membership (6 month) $85 $145
Guest Fee (Guest must be accompanied by a member, no limit on number of visits. Does not include leisure
pool access) $7 N/A
s Allen Independent School District Employees and City of Allen Employees will be given a 25% discount
on memberships purchased individually or as a family purchased at one time. Proof and verification of
employment will be required.
SECTION 2. The Parks and Recreation Director is authorized by administrative order, a copy of which
shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary, to establish from time to time various fees based on market
conditions for programs conducted by the Parks and Recreation Department.
SECTION 3. All resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and it is accordingly so
resolved.
