Home My WebLink AboutR-1993-9-01RESOLUTION NO. 1993-9-01(R) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF JOE FARMER RECREATION CENTER, DON RODENBAUGH NATATORHJM, THE ALLEN SENIOR CENTER AND OTHER PARK AND RECREATION FACILITY FEES; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish venous fees for the use of Joe Farmer Recreation Center, Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, and the Senior Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, establishes the fees and charges set forth herein for the use of Joe Fanner Recreation Center, Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, the Allen Senior Center and other park and recreation facilities: "Jae Farmer Recreation Center. Recreation center $24.00 Joe Farmer Weight Facility $24.00* Youth (ages 10-18) $12.00 Youth (ages 10 and under) Free * To hold a membership to the weight facility, one must also be a member of the recreation center. Membership at Joe Farmer Recreation Center does not include membership at Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium or Ford Pool. A family is defined as one or more persons related by blood or marriage living together in the same dwelling unit.
