RESOLUTIONNO. 1531-9-97(R)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS APPROVING THE 1997 APPRAISAL ROLL AS
APPROVED BY THE COLLIN COUNTY APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 26.09(A) of the Texas Property Code requires that the City Council approve the
Appraised Roll of all taxable property in the City of Allen; and,
WHEREAS, Sharon R. Bates, Tax Assessor -Collector for the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, do
solemnly swear that to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the attached is a true list of all that
portion of property which constitutes the Appraisal Roll of the City of Allen for the Taxable Year 1997
n approved by the Appraisal Review Board and certified by the Chief Appraiser, Collin County
Appraisal District. The appraised value of all taxable property in the City of Allen, Collin County,
Texas is $1,560,730,534.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The City Council approves the above certification by the Tax Collector and Chief
Appraiser.
SECTION 2: The City Council approves the following items that constitute the 1997 Tax Roll.
