UE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER
TO TRE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS
THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID
TO ALL OF THE I.NHADITANTS OF
TO ALL
AND
THAT WHEREAS, a petition has been duly signed by the
owner of the majority of the following described property,
to -wit:
FIRST TRACT: SITUATED in Collin County, Texas, in
the David c se Survey, Abstract No. 977 and being the
First Installment of the Hillside Village Addition according
to the plat thereof filed in the office of the County Clerk
of Collin County, Texas, on June 13, 1968.
SECOND TRACT: SITUATED in Collin County, Texas, and
being a roc o land situated in the David Wetsel Survey,
Abstract 8977, Collin County, Texas, and also being a part
of a 148.801 acre tract conveyed to Allen Land Company,
recorded in Volume 683, page 787, of Deed Records of
Collin County, Texas, as follows:

acres is in a County Road, Leaving a net area of 10.00
acres.
AND 101EREAS, said territory is adjacent to the
present corporate limits of the City of Allen, Texas,
and,
WHEREAS, said petition desiring and requesting the
annexation of the above described First Tract has been
presented to the City Council and the above described
Second Tract is owned by the City of Allen, Texas.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THc CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS:
That the above described territory be and the same
is hereby annexed to the City of Allen, Collin County,
Texas, and that the boundary limits of the City of Allen
be and the same are hereby extended to include the above
described territory, and the same shall hereafter be
included within the territorial limits of said City and
the inhabitants thereof shall hereafter be entitled to
all rights and privileges of other citizens of the City
of Allen and they mall be bound by the acts, ordinances,
resolutions and regulations of said City.
