With a quorum of the Members present, the Allen City Council Joint Meeting with the Councils of Frisco and
Plano and the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. was called to order by Mayor Terrell, in conjunction
with Mavor Simpson, Mayor Evans and President Robinson, at 7 11 p an. on Thursday, June 2, 2005, in the
Allen Civic Auditorium at the Allen Public Library, 300 N. Allen Drive, Allen, Texas
Receive Presentation on the Arts of Collin County's Final
Site Master Plan, Phase One Site Plan and Landscape Plan;
and Conceptual Design of the 2100 -seat Performance Hall
President Robinson provided a brief overview of the project including the current status of the design process.
Executive Director Baudoin introduced the members of the Design Team.

Mr. Tingley, Mr. Boles and Mr. Hay discussed the master plan goals, qualities of the site and the
communities, building an arts center in a park, sustainable design strategies, the ACC site master plan,
Exchange Parkway design criteria, design process of the theatre, budget, and the proposed timeline to the
planned groundbreaking in 2007
The Board expressed its appreciation to the Councils for providing their support and comments at this
important stage of the process.
Mayor Terrell, in conjunction with Mayor Simpson, Mayor Evans and President Robinson, adjourned the
Joint Meeting at 8:02 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2005. The motion carried.
