Introduction and Workshop Overview — Peter Vargas, City Manager, and Julia Novak 3. The Executive Session was not held. Adiournment. Mayor Terrell called for the adjournment of the Special Called Workshop Session of the Allen City Council at 3:58 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014.
