Mayor Terrell reconvened the meeting to order and announced a quorum was present. Charter Election Discussion • Shelley George, City Secretary Annual Review of Council Rules of Order and Procedure Council Discussion on Proposed Budget EXECUTIVE SESSION: An Executive Session was not held. Adjourn PAGE MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Herald and a second by Councilmember Kizer, the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the FY 2014-2015 Budget Workshop Session at 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, August 24 2014, in the Maritime Ballroom of Tanglewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center, 290 Tanglewood Circle, Pottsbom, Texas.
