CALL TO ORDER Chairman Jim Waldbauer called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. INTRODUCTION, BACKGROUND AND PROCESS - DON HORTON Don Horton provided a brief welcome and explanation of the process being proposed for this evenings meeting to the invited guests. 3. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Jim Waldbauer called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. INTRODUCTION, BACKGROUND AND PROCESS - DON HORTON Don Horton provided a brief welcome and explanation of the process being proposed for this evenings meeting to the invited guests. 3. PRESENTATION BY DAVID BALDWIN, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT Page 2 Parks and Recreation Board Meeting 1 March 27, 2000 f David Baldwin did a brief background presentation explaining the process and work that had occurred at the first meeting regarding this facility Mr Baldwin also presented his rendering of the proposed Master Plan, along with what was to be included in Phase I development. 4. Anne Campbell seconded and the Motion carried 6 for, 0 against. PUBLIC MEETING - BETHANY RIDGE PARK 5. INTRODUCTION, BACKGROUND AND PROCESS - DON HORTON Don Horton provided a brief welcome and explanation of the process being proposed for this evenings meeting to the invited guests. 6. MOTION: Ben Ferguson moved to accept the Master Plan for Bethany Ridge as presented with the following modifications: add toddler swing set; add two trash cans; eliminate sidewalk on Bethany Road and Carolyn Drive; add connector sidewalks. Vicki Wester seconded, and the Motion carried 6 for, 0 against. 7. OTHER BUSINESS There was no other business brought forward at this time. S.
