HomeMy WebLinkAboutMin - Planning and Zoning Commission - 1972 - 05/01 - RegularMay 1, 1972 regular meeting 1. a plat of windridge no. 3 was received from mr. holm. the plat was prepared in final form but was received as a preliminary and so marked. this addition 83 lots consisting of r-2 and r-3 zoning south of keith drive and west of highway 5. motion by ken posey to take the preliminary plat of windridge #3 under ... second Bill Lagrone. motion carried 3 for none against 2. mr. holm also presented a plat of windridge no. 2 containing 319 lots r-6 zoning and located south of and adjacent to windrige no. 1 east of highway 5. after a considerable disuccsion the commission proposed submitting the plat to mike mahoney for his evaluation. motion by bill lagrone to take windrige no. 2 under advisement and to submit the plat to mike mahoney for his evaluation. second ken posey, motion carried 3 for, none against. 3. final plats of hillside village addition number 5 and hillside village number 8 were submitted by mr. holm. these additions are in r-6 zoning and complete the single family dewlling part of hillside village motion by bill lagrone to approve hillside village additions 5 & 8. second ken posey motin carried 3 for none against 4. mr. holm also presented a preliminary plat for a town house subdivision located across highway 5 from the east ends of watson drive and allenwoord drive. the site covers 10 acres and contains a proposed development of 90 units motion by ken posey to take the town house plat under advisement and obtain mike mahoney's evaluation. second bill lagrone, motion carried 3 for none against 4. the upcoming pubic hearing on the proposed new zoning ordinance was discussed a target date of may 16, 1972 was set for publishing the hearing notice and notifying property owners whose zoning will be changed. it this target is reached may 30, 1972 could be the hearing date 5. the next meeting was set for monday night may 8, 1972 6.meeting adjourned
