mid-month meeting
1. preliminary plats of high meadow additions 3 and 4 were presented by mr. ed hopkins
for jonathan kutner, suite 2714, one main place, dallas, texas. mr. jack cook and bob
zellers also appeared with mr. hopkins. the two additins as well as other items relating
to the development of the north east section of allen were discussed.
motion by bill enloe to approve the preliminary plats of high meadow additions 3 and 4
subject to the subdivision ordinance and with the stipulations that all houses shall have
75% masonry and all lots shall eb at leas 60 feet wide at the building set-back line.
second ken posey, motion carried 4 for none against
2. mike mahoney's evaluations of neil holm's plats of windridge nos. 2 and 3 and town
house plan was reviewed. it was decided that each member should take a copy of the
notes from mr. mahoney and be prepared to discuss the plats with mr. holm at a
meeting to be held monday night may 22, 1972. mr. holm is to be notified by letter
of the meeting.
3. the next meeting was set for may 22, 1972
