regular meeting
I. the mintues were read and accepted. motion joe perks; second richard chumbley;
all in favor
II. chad thurman appeared before the commission to discuss the preliminary plat of high
meadows #2 subdivision
the commission advised mr. thurman of the new lot size requirements, requirements for
fire hydrant placement, and underground utilities
III. mr. dan tomlin, of tomlin properties, appeared before the commission to present a
preliminary plat on green meadows estates
the development is to consist of approximately 196 acres in the george fitzhugh survey,
abst #320
and the westsel fisher survey, abst #323, collin county
the commission informed mr. tomlin of requirements regarding streets, fire hydrant
placement, right-of-ways, and 8 inch water mains
joe persk made motionm the preliminary plat be approved subject to a 100 foot right-of-
way on rock ridge & exchange parkway extension, asphalt paving surface, no burg, bar
ditch gutter, & subject to the engineers review and approval. second joe moseley
bill kolander made motion to amend the motion to include a 24 foot paved county road
section on rock ridge & exchange parkway 20 feet on remainder of roads & subject to
state approval of roads. second, jonnie enloe
joe perks made motion to amend the motion for roads to meet county requirements

motion passed 5 for and jonnie enloe against
IV. d&c enterprises appeared before the commission for a hearing on a special exception
request to allow for the operation of a car wash in a gb-pd zone
joe perke made motion the special exception to the addition of a fence on the east &
west sides and with proper setback. second, jonnie enloe. abstaining, richard chumbley
all in favor
richard chumbley made motion the meeting be adjourned to executive session. second,
jonnie enloe. all in favor
