With a quorum of the Commissioners present, the Allen Planning & Zoning Commission was
called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Fulk at the Allen Library Conference Room, Two
Allen Civic Plaza, Allen, Texas.
Review of Zoning Ordinance (Agenda I5_=_tem ID
Chairman Fulk read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Review of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance."
The Commission reviewed Section 2.09 - Site Plan Approval.
The following text was adopted, with the deletion of paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 in the existing

Biggs, the Commission voted 6 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn the April 20,
1995, meeting at 9:00 p.m.
