CALL TO ORDER Chair Lisa Ellrich called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m. 2. CITIZENS COMMENTS There was no citizens present wishing to speak at this time. 3. VOTE TO TAKE ACTION ON LIBRARY PRESENTATION Motion: Dee Hennigan made a motion to table this until more information was received. Don Horton will speak to Barbara Buehler, library director, asking for more information. SECOND: Jennifer Kiser seconded this motion. 4. VOTE TO TAKE ACTION ON CIVIC CHOIR PRESENTATION MOTION: Dee Hennigan made a motion to give zero to the Civic Choir. SECOND: Jennifer Kiser seconded this motion. VOTE TO TAKE ACTION ON LIBRARY PRESENTATION Motion: Dee Hennigan made a motion to table this until more information was received. VOTE TO TAKE ACTION ON CIVIC BALLET PRESENTATION MOTION: Jennifer Kiser made a motion to give zero to the Civic Ballet. SECOND: Dee Hennigan seconded this motion. 6. VOTE TO TAKE ACTION ON "ART TO GO" PRESENTATION MOTION: Dee Hennigan made a motion to give "Art to Go" half of the requested funds. This would be approximately $3500.00. SECOND: Jennifer Kiser second this motion. The board invited this program to re -apply annually 7. GUILD UPDATE Bill Dillard said there would be a guild meeting following this board meeting. This meeting would address the policy and procedures for the Art Guild. 8. AD HOC COMMITTEE UPDATE Arts Alliance School Liaison ---Lauren Jones Lauren Jones recommended that the board support a "Heart for Art" program for area elementary schools. 9.
