HomeMy WebLinkAboutMin - Parks and Recreation Board - 2014 - 05/12 - RegularParks and Recreation Board of Directors Present: Tncia Losavio, Chair Tony Anhart Larry Holley Rodrigo Vizcaino John Holley Paul Davidson Baine Brooks -Council Liaison Absent: Tom Cowart City Staff: Tim Deader, Director, Parks and Recreation Department Lori Smeby, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation Department Jennifer Robinson, Senior Administrative Assistant, Parks and Recreation 1) Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present With a quorum of the Parks and Recreation Board present, Chair Losavio, called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2014, at The Courses at Watters Creek Pavilion located at 7201 Chase Oaks Blvd, Plano, Texas. 2) Approve Minutes of the February 10, 2014 Meeting Motion: Upon a motion by Member Airhart and a second by Member Davidson the Parks and Recreation Board voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to approve the minutes from the February 10, 2014, meeting. The motion carried. 3) Senior Advisory Committee Appointments Chair Losavio asked for two volunteers to participate on this committee. After discussion Member John Holley and Member Davidson were appointed to serve on this committee.
