Update from Judge Payton & Chief Deputy Constable Simmons on Garden Grant Project Chief Deputy Constable Lonnie Simmons shared a presentation on the community garden at Allen High School. Currently, Judge Payton's Students on Service are tending to the garden three days a week. To this point, the garden yielded not only a great crop of produce, but has also been an incredible opportunity for the students to learn and find meaning and a place in our community.
