Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present. With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell, President Gnadt and Ms. Mayer at 6:18 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2019, at the Allen Senior Recreation Center located at 451 S.Mary Drive,Allen,Texas 75002. 2. Update from the Allen Independent School District. Dr.Niven provided an update on the Allen ISD District. 3. Update on the Allen ISD SOAR 2030 Program. Ms.Bullock and Ms. Kordel provided an update on the Allen ISD SOAR 2030 Program. 4. Update on City-wide Traffic Improvement Projects. Mr. Flanigan provided an update on the traffic improvement projects within the City of Allen. TRIAD MEETING SEPTEMBER 30,2019 PAGE\2 5. Update on Exchange Parkway Recreation Center. Mr. Bristow provided an update on the Exchange Parkway Recreation Center and that a Community Update Meeting will be held on October 3`d beginning at 6 p.m. at the Allen Senior Recreation Center. 6. Update from the Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Patrick reviewed activities and events held by the Chamber during the past year. 7. Items of Interest. [Announcements Regarding Local Civic and Charitable Events, Meetings, Fundraisers and Awards] • Next TRIAD Meeting Date—October 5,2020 • Community Announcements Adjournment. MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Clemencich and a second by Councilmember Schulmeister, the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the TRIAD Meeting at 7:48 p.m. on Monday, September 30,2019.
