AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY,
TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 5, PARAGRAPH AM, OF ORDINANCE
NO. 306 OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance, Section
5, paragraph A(1), of Ordinance No. 306, "Regular Meetings" is hereby amended in the
following manner and shall read as follows, to -wit:
(1) Regular Meetings: The Parks and Recreation Board shall
establish the regular meetings of the Board which shall be
held in a public place with public notice as prescribed by
law.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
from and after its adoption.
