WHEREAS, the City of Allen desires to cooperate with Fox and Jacobs
in the development and construction in Windridge #1 Subdivision in the City
of Allen, Texas, and
WHEREAS, in order that Fox and Jacobs may be assured that its proposed
development and construction in Windridge #1 Subdivision will be in conform-
ity with the requirements of the City of Allen and the desires of the City
Council, a schedule of items has been presented for Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFS OLVED, by the City Council of the City of Allen
that the following schedule of items be approved and made a part of this
resolution:
