Present: Mayor Frank Dogger
Councilmen: C.D. Whitaker, Clifford Hart, Johnnie Blankenship and
Johnny Pannell: Absent Bob Lowman.
Notion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny Pannell that minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Public Hearing was held on the rezoning application of Late 1 -2 -3 -4&5 -
Block 28 - Old Donation and all of Block 3 - J.N. Whisenant Addition. Motion
C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny Pannell that the zoning be changed on this property
from "B" Classifaction to "F" Classifaction. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Clifford Hart Second C.D. Whitaker that October 21st be set as date
for Public Hearing on the application of Neil I. Holm for annexation of the
remainingland owned by him in the Hillside Village. Motion Carried 4 For 0
Against.
An application was presented in behalf of Dwight Smith seeking permission
to move a Mobile Home on a lot owned by David Smith at 103 East Coate Drive.
Council granted permission provided the Mobile Home be occupied by the owner
and connected to the City's Utilities.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny Pannell that Mayor sign contract with
the City of Parker fixing the boundry lines between the two Cities. Motion
Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Max Hanning and Jack Hammett appeared before Council and compalined about
water from the property owned by Aldeco Compar* draining on their property.
Council agreed to look into this matter and see 1f it could be remedied.
Motion Johnnie Blankenship Second Clifford Hart that bills presented be
approved. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
The contract on the repairing and painting of the water tank at the old
well was discussed. Motion Johnny Pannell Second C.D. Whitaker that contract
presented by Albert Cline be accepted with one exception, that being the letters
painted on the tank be 30" letters. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
A time to have dogs released from the dog pound was discussed. After dis-
cussion, Council agreed for Chief Burton to set some specific time each day that
these dogs that are impounded may be released and picked up by their owners.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnnie Blankenship that meeting adjourn.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
