Motion Bob Lowoan Second Clifford Hart that mi4utes of previous meeting be
approved as read. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C. D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that contract to supply water meters
for the City he renewed for another year with Hersey-Sparling Meter Co. Motion
Carried 5 For O Against.
Motion Johnnie Blankenship Second Johnny Pennell That two Tracts of lend in
Abstract 977 David Wetsel SArvey be rezoned as requested by Neil I. Holm. Public
Hearing was held and no one appeared to speak against thin zoning request. Tract
No 1 Contains 12.00 acres and was changed from "AO Clsasifaction to "C-D-E" Class-
ifaction to permit Townhouees. Tract No. 2 from "A" Classifsotion to "CF" Classifsotion
to set this 11.7 acres aside for perk site use only. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Bide were opened for constructing s fence "round eater well #1. Bids received
were from Fisher Fence Co. d 2,700 - Houseley Fence Co. - S 2,085 - Allied Fence
Co. - S 1,872.75 - U.S. Steel - S 1, 895.00. Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny
Pannell that contract be awarded to U.S. Steel since their bid included the removal
of the existing fence. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.

Walter F. Hicks, Jr. Appeared before Council and presented prelimem.ry drawing
of pump station and storage located on property contracted by the City for purchase
at the intersection of FM # 2170 and FM # 1378• Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny
Pannell that contract be signed with Wisenbaker & Fix to do the engineering on the
proposed water line from the North Texas Municipal Water District Main to our present
storage facilities. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Bide were opened from Cox Chevrolet - S 3194.00 - Fisher Ford - S 3194.52 -
Gene Hays Motors - $ 3169.56- on the purchase of an antomobihe for the Police Dept.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that bid of Gene Hays Motors be accepted.
Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Clifford Hart that Mayor Dagger be given authori vation
to negoiste a loan from bank if necessary to pay for land that is to be used for
pump station and storage tank site. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Johnnie Blankenship Second Johnny Pannell that March 16th be set as
date for Public Hearing on Zoning Bequest by Neil I. Holm. Motion Carried 5 For 0
Against.
Motion Clifford Hart Second C.D. Whitaker that meeting adjourn. Motion Carried
5 For O Against.
