A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 1993 APPRAISAL ROLL AS APPROVED BY
THE COLLIN COUNTY APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 26.09 (A) of the Texas Property Tax Code requires that the City Council approve the
Appraised Roll of all taxable property in the City of Allen; and,
WHEREAS, Linda K. Engle, Tax Collector for the City of Allen, Collin County does solemnly swear that
to the best of her knowledge and belief, that the appraised value stated below is a true list of all that portion
of property which constitutes the Appraised Roll of the City of Allen for the taxable year 1993, as approved
by the Appraisal Review Board and certified by the Chief Appraiser of the Collin County Appraisal District.
The appraised value of all taxable property in the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas is $777,207,171.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1: The City Council approves the above certification by the Tax Collector and Chief Appraiser.
SECTION 2: City Council approves the following items that constitute the 1993 Tax Roll.
