A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPOINTING THE ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE MAY 7,
1994 CITY COUNCIL ELECTION, SETTING THE RATE OF PAY FOR THE
ELECTION OFFICIALS, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ELECTION CLERKS FOR
THE POLLING PLACE, AND DESIGNATION OF THE EARLY VOTING BALLOT
BOARD.
WHEREAS, on February 17, 1994 the City Council of the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, ordered
an election to be held on Saturday, May 7, 1994, for the purpose of electing the Mayor and three (3)
members of the City Council (Places No. 2, 4 and 6);
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1: The Election Judge and the Alternate Election Judge serving at the polling place of such
election shall be and are hereby appointed as follows:
Election Judge: Margaret Miller, 206 Ellis Drive
Alternate Election Judge: Glenda Ford, P.O. Box 537
SECTION 2: In accordance with Section 32.091 of the Texas Election Code, the judges and clerks shall
be paid at the rate of $5.00 per hour and the election judge shall receive an additional $25.00 for delivery
of the returns of the election.
SECTION 3: There shall be a maximum of six (6) clerks at the polling place, if needed.
SECTION 4: In accordance with Section 87.004 of the Texas Election Code, Jackie Cosper shall serve
as the Early Voting Ballot Board Judge to process the ballots received in early voting.

COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 7TH DAY OF APRIL, 1994.
