Minutes read-and-approved:
Motion by O.E. Lynge sec. by W.E.Ford in regard to the collection
of--the-water-bills for the Town of Allen Waterworks system. Bills be-
come due on 1st first-day of-each-month-and-give the people (10)
ten days to pay bills. After the (10) ten days are up their will be }
(10%) ten percent penalty added to the water bill. Motion carried. five for none against.
Motion by O.E. Lynge sec. by by T.H Cundiff to have at least (90%)
ninety % of the water meters in before the town waterworks system starts
collecting on meter reading basis. Motion carried four for one against.
Also the Council decided to collect meter deposts on next month
(August) water bills, and to bill the CHURCHES for the month of July 1954.
