WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish various fees within certain ranges for Parks and Recreation adult athletic programs and establish fees for the rental of certain facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby establishes the following ranges of fees and charges set forth herein for Parks and Recreation for the use of Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, Joe Farmer Recreation Center, the Allen Senior Center, Ford Pool, and The Edge @ Allen Station Park Visitor Center: MEMBERSHIP RATES (ANNUAL) Don Rodenbaueh Natatorium Child Resident (ages 7-13) $85 Child Non-resident $155 Youth Resident (ages 14-17) $135 Youth Nan -resident $205 Adult Resident (ages 1849) $170 Adult Non-resident $245 Senior Resident (ages 50+) $135 Senior Non-resident $205 Family Resident $550 Family Non-resident $575 3 Month Resident $60 3 Month Non-resident $80 6 Month Resident $100 6 Month Non-resident $145 DRN Family Membership — families buying three (3) or more memberships are eligible for a 15% discount with a maximum cap of $550 per family (Resident) and $575 (Non-resident). Allen Chamber of Commerce and Allen Independent School District will not be charged for room rental of the Allen Senior Recreation Center or the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium for nonprogrammable space. *Non -Profit Organizations — Organizations that have been recognized by the Internal Revenue Services as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and that operate or maintain facilities in Allen, Texas. Non -Profit Allen based organizations may use the Allen Senior Recreation Center with approval of the Parks and Recreation Department and will be charged for staff costs plus a deposit. The Parks and Recreation Director is authorized by administrative order, a copy of which shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary, to establish from time to time various fees based on market conditions for programs conducted by the Parks and Recreation Department. SECTION 3. All resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they are hereby, repealed. SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and it is accordingly so resolved.
