Mecism Pierson Second Brooks to approve minutes as read. Met1es carried 5 For
0 against.
Duddy Skepard of loteraan Properties presented the final plat as Feantain Park
#3 for the council's approval. After much study, a mation was made by Brooks
Seemed by Pierson that the final plat be approved subject to City Smgiaoer
Walter Hicks letter of recommendations. Motion carried 5 For 0 against.

addition. The Council advised Mr. Dry that this van out the first cemplaint

Frank discussed a possible meeting with B.B. Cope, Mayor of Mckiansy, comearaing
the ambulance service and was hopeful that they could came up with something
acceptable for us as well as than.
Jing Eaten repeated that he had been Informed by the state that unless ve
removed the stop signs at Ellis and Cedar, we would not be able to receive
the grant previously requested and granted. As the council felt that these
signs vera necessary at this location, we would refrain free taking the funds
and pat sigma where we felt that they wens needed.
Sam Wyse presented an update an the Land Use Study and advised the Council
that the final report would be ready by the next meeting en the first phase
of the Study and that the End phase was about a third complete and would
be complete by January. Ca November 17, a preliminary report would be
presented an this 2nd phase. The Cassell is to begin. meeting at 6:30 P.M.
prior to the council meetings with Saw. and Roger an the parties regulating
the subdivision and musing ordinances. The Mayor recommended that Roger
sk the bills an this study as they are submitted to the Council.
