Home My WebLink AboutR-4099-8-24 RESOLUTION NO. 4099-8-24(R) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING “DONATION BOX” BUILDING PERMIT FEES TO BE SET FORTH IN THE CITY OF ALLEN FEE SCHEDULE; ESTABLISHING “FEE IN LIEU OF CONSTRUCTING OR PROVIDING FOR THE REQUIRED OFF- STREET PARKING,” “PLAT FILING/RECORDING FEES,” AND “APPEALS OF DECISIONS TO CITY COUNCIL” LAND DEVELOPMENT FEES TO BE SET FORTH IN THE CITY OF ALLEN FEE SCHEDULE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary and in the public interest to adopt this resolution for the purpose amending the City of Allen Fee Schedule by adopting and/or amending various fees and charges authorized by the Code of Ordinances and/or the Allen Land Development Code in order to recover a substantial portion of the City's costs related to providing the related services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1.
