' Adjourn MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Herald and a second by Councihnember Kizer, the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the FY 2016-2017 Budget Workshop Session at 11:35 a.m. on Sunday, August 21, 2016, in the Maritime Ballroom of Tanglewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center, 290 Tanglewood Circle, Poltsborn, Texas.
