A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF JOE FARMER
RECREATION CENTER, DON RODENBAUGH NATATORIUM, THE ALLEN
SENIOR CENTER AND OTHER PARK AND RECREATION FACILITY FEES;
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish various fees for the use of Joe Farmer Recreation
Center, Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, and the Senior Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, establishes the fees and charges set forth
herein for the use of Joe Fanner Recreation Center, Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, the Allen Senior
Center and other park and recreation facilities:

Code and that operate or maintain facilities in Allen, Texas.

SECTION 2. The Parks and Recreation Director is authorized by administrative order, a copy of which
shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary, to establish from time to time various fees based on
market conditions for programs conducted by the Parks and Recreation Department after the review and
approval of the Parks and Recreation Board.
SECTION 3. All resolutions m conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and it is accordingly
so resolved.
