' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, PLACING IN NOMINATION THE NAME OF GARY
RODENBAUGH FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT OF COLLIN COUNTY; CASTING BALLOTS
FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT
OF COLLIN COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 6.03 (9) OF THE STATE
PROPERTY TAX CODE, AND DIRECTING THAT THE CITY SECRETARY
NOTIFY INTERESTED PARTIES OF SAID ACTION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Allen City Council is required by the State Property Tax Code to cast votes for the Board of
Directors of the Central Appraisal District; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Allen can place in nomination as many as five (5) names to be Directors of the Central
Appraisal District; and,
WHEREAS, said votes must be cast no later than October 15, 2001; and,
WHEREAS, Council finds that Gary Rodenbaugh, 102 West Main Street, Allen, Texas, qualifies to be a
member of the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The City Council places in nomination Gary Rodenbaugh, 102 West Main Street, Allen,
Texas, 972/727-3454.
SECTION 2: The City Council cast all 96 votes for Gary Rodenbaugh to become a member of the Central
Appraisal District of Collin County Board of Directors.
SECTION 3: The City Council directs the City Secretary to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to
the Central Appraisal District.
SECTION 4:. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 4Ta DAY OF OCTOBER, 2001.
