A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF JOE FARMER
RECREATION CENTER, DON RODENBAUGH NATATORHJM, THE ALLEN
SENIOR CENTER AND OTHER PARK AND RECREATION FACILITY FEES;
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish venous fees for the use of Joe Farmer Recreation Center,
Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, and the Senior Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, establishes the fees and charges set forth herein
for the use of Joe Fanner Recreation Center, Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, the Allen Senior Center and other
park and recreation facilities:

* To hold a membership to the weight facility, one must also
be a member of the recreation center.
Membership at Joe Farmer Recreation Center does not include membership at Don Rodenbaugh
Natatorium or Ford Pool.

Family Membership
Families buying three (3) or more memberships are eligible for a fifteen percent (15%)

related by blood or marriage living together in the same dwelling unit.

Internal Revenue Services as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code and that operate or maintain facilities in Allen, Texas.
