A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING A REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT (PRO -RATA) FOR OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS TO
TURRENTINE, JACKSON, MORROW, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City has the authority to enter into agreements to reimburse developers for oversizing or
construction of water and sewer mains and lines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement for the prorata
reimbursement for the cost of off-site improvements with Turrentine, Jackson, Morrow, Inc., to include
$108,516.45 for an 8" sanitary sewer line in a easement along US Highway 75, as shown in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto. Each owner of the property developed in the designated area in Exhibit "A" and which is
connected to the sewer line shall be charged a fee of $534.60 per gross acre.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 16m DAY OF MARCH 2000.
