' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES AND RATES FOR SOLID WASTE
COLLECTION SERVICES; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances of the City of Allen authorizes the City Council to establish fees and rates for
solid waste collection services by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, establishes the following fees and rates for solid
waste collection services:

SECTION 2: All provisions of the Resolution of the City of Allen, Texas, in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Should any word, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or section of this resolution,
as amended hereby, be adjudged or held to be void or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of said resolution, as amended hereby, which shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4: Pus Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage, provided,
however, the fees and rates established herein shall become effective for services beginning August 1, 2000.
