RESOLUTION NO. 1874-9-00 (R)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS,
ESTABLISHIlVG FEES FOR THE USE OF PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES;
PROVIDING FOR A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of Ordmances of the City of Allen, Texas provides that the City Council shall, by
resolution, establish fees for the use of park and recreation facilities, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the fees set forth herein are necessary for the use of park
and recreation facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The following fees and charges are hereby established for the use of park and recreation
facilities:

SECTION 2. That all resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they arehereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage, and it is accordingly
so resolved.
