AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 628-9-85 REGARDING THE
PRORATA AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ALLEN AND THE BELZ
INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC.; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 628-9-85 be and the same is hereby amended in part to delete Section
3B, thereof.
SECTION 2. That should any word, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or section of this
ordinance, be adjudged or held to be void or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of said ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances of the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance be, and the same are hereby, repeated; provided, however that all other
provisions of said ordinances not in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage in accordance with
its provisions of the Charter of the City of Allen, and its is accordingly so ordained.
