The City Council and the City Manager convened into the
budget workshop session at 7:30 p.m. in a meeting room at the
Lake Texoma Lodge. City Manager Jon McCarty presented the
FY 1983 - 84 Budget Overview consisting of the following:
a. Tax Rate/Assessed Value
b. Other General Fund Revenues
C. New Programs/Personnel
d. Salary Plan
e. Water and Sewer Revenues and Expenses
f. Bond Program
g. FY 1983 - 84 Program Priorities
h. Alternate Funding Sources
The budget workshop session adjourned at 11:30 p.m.
August 13, 1983 - 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
The City Council and the City Manager reconvened into the
budget workshop session at 9:00 a.m. in a meeting room at the
Lake Texoma Lodge. The following City Staff Department Heads
presented their proposed budgets and discussed them with the
City Council:
Bill Petty, Community Development
Ron Gentry, Fire Protection
Bob Acker, Fire Prevention/Emergency Preparedness
Barbara Buehler, Library
Mark Thornton, Parks & Recreation
Jon McCarty, Finance/Utility Collections
The budget workshop session adjourned at 4:30 p.m.

The City Council and the City Manager reconvened into the
budget workshop session at 9:00 a.m. in a meeting room at the
Lake Texoma Lodge. The following City Staff Department Heads
presented their proposed budgets and discussed them with the
City Council:

Marty Hendrix, General Government
Walter Curtis, Tax Department
Ernie Hoback, Water & Sewer Department
Jon McCarty, City Administration
The City Council and the City Manager did a recap of all
the items discussed and presented at this budget workshop
session.
The budget workshop session adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
