' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, APPOINTING THE ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR
THE MAY 3, 1"7 CITY COUNCIL ELECTION.
WHEREAS, on February 6, 1997 the City Council of the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, ordered an
election to be held on Saturday, May 3, 1997, for the purpose of electing three (3) members of the City
Council (Places No. 1, 3 and 5);
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1: The Election Judges and the Alternate Election Judges serving the polling place for early
voting and for said election shall be and are hereby appointed as follows:
Early Voting: Election Judge: Margaret Miller, 207 Ellis Drive
Alternate Election Judge: Dannie Martin, 216 Allenwood
Election Day: Election Judge: Deborah 011er, 550 Bethany #202
Alternate Election Judge: Len Eisenstein, 1510 Evergreen Trail
