Motion by R.G.Butler to letter the over -head tank on the north
and south sides, sea. by W.H.Brown.-- Five for, none against.
Motion by T.H.Cundiff to set WOTER ROTES ae follows;

AN ORDINANCE
By the Town Councel of the Town-4.44ASAI-of Allen, Teras,
Indivugal meters too be set on the ]MOWN extension A charge of $0,50
rental per month OR each customer purchase his own -toter, meter -boa,
and instolation Lith -out rental charge.
The town to secure an EOSEMENT from the owners of property on
said Brown extension giving them the right to install,inspect and read
meters at any time,and to discontinue any indivugal meter for none
payment of bills. The bills to be paid to the Town sea, A ib.00
deposit to be put-up with the Tovn sec., S.Eros Brov�i®rbe set at
Town limits, other meters to be subtrgoted from it.
Eomore connections to the said BROWN EXTLNSION with -out the approval
of the Town Councel of the Tovn of Allen. All open connections to be
pluged.-

On this the 24 day of March 1955 R.G.Butler moved the passage of
the above ORDINANCE Second by W.H. Brown,
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force immediately
after its passage upon reading at this meeting of the Town Councel,
and any ordinance, resolution or rule prohibiting passage of an ordinance
on one reading at the meeting at which it is introduced is hereby
suspended and made inapplicable to the passage of this ordinance.
