and moved its passage. The motion was seconded by Alderman

AN ORDINANCE
FIRING WATFA RATES MR THE TOWN OF ALLEN. TEXAS,
AND ORDAINING OTHER MATTERS RRIATIVE TO RENDERING
WATER SERVICE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TWN COUNCIL Or THE Tav'd OF ALLIIN, TEXAS,
1. That the water rates per month to be charged and
and collected by the Town of Allen, Texas, from all customers obtaining
sesv!.ce from said System shall be and are hereby fixed as set forth
below -
First 1,500 gallons or part thereof. ------------;)3.00
Next 0,500 gallons -- .75
(per thousand gallons)

2. That all b' Us for services rendered by said
System shall be paid monthly on the 10th day of each month after
