AN ORDINANCE OPENING, LAYING OUT, AND DEDICATING A
PUBLIC STREET, FOR TOWN OF ALLEN, TEXAS,
WHEREAS, The Town of Allen, having owning and operating
a Water System, and having need of opening, and widening an
existing alley, on the ground, and making a Street thereof,
to facilitate the operation or the Deep Well have received
conveyance from Mrs, M. F. Sims, of a strip of land 10 feet
by 225 feet, on the West aide of the present alley ani from
H. L. Moore, of a Strip of _any 10 feet by 225 on the East
side of the existing allay, all of which will make a public
Street, 40 Peet in wld th, by 225 long, extending from Lebanon
Rand or Street, north to an exis"ing alley outlet, aaq
Whereas, it is nen es s¢ry that. much tract of land, be de-

BE IT ORDAINED ty the Mown Cor:cil.. of the Tozm of Allen,
that the following deacribed wraot of land, be, and the Basic
Is herenow laid out, and dedicated as and for a public street,
for the Town of Allen, to-wia:
BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of Lebanon
Road, which point is 176,6 fact west of the Southeast corner
of Lot 3 Block 8 Town Of Allen, Toxas;-_THENCE North 225 foot,
the SB Line of an alley, which point is 176.6 feet west of
the Northeast corner of Lot 3 in Block8 Town of Allen, Texas;
THENCE West therewith 40 feet, a stake, which point is at or
near the N E Corner of the Allen Water System deep well site.
THENCE south 225 feet, a point, North Boundry Line of Lebamon
Read which point is 377,2 feet from the Southeast corner of
Lot 41 in Block 8 Town of Allen, Texas; .- THENCE East 40 foot,
to the place of beginning,
That the public need, requires this ordinance to be im-
mediately effective, and It is hherefore ordered to be in im-
mediate affect, on and after its passage,
Passed unanimously, at a regular session of the Town
Council of the Town of Allen, the evening of February 24,
