'N ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REWARD OF ONE -HUNDRED DOLLARS
(0100.00) FOR THE ARREST AND CONVICTION OF ANY PERSON OR
PERSONS FOUND GUILTY OF COMMITTING THE CRIME OF ARSON WITH-
IN TRE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TRE TOWN OF ALLEN, TEXAS, AMID
PROVIDING THAT SAID REWARD IS A STANDING OFF'E'R, AND THAT IT
SHALL BE PAID OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND OF SAID TOWN OF ALLEN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the Town of Allen, Texas.
SECTION 1. The Town of Allen, Texas, hereby offers a
reward of $100.00 (ONE -HUNDRED DOLLARS) for the arrest and
conviction of any person or persons found guilty of committ-
ing the crime of ARSON with the corporate limits of said Town
of Allen, Texas, this reward is a standing offer, and shall
be paid out of the general fund of the Town of Allen, Texas.
SECTION 2. The fact that it 1s necessary to combat the
crime of ARSON within the limits of the Town of Allen and to
secure a reduced insurance rate on the property within said
Town creates an emergency and an imperative public necessity,
and this Ordinance is to take effect immediately after it
passes.
