AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING A BUILDING FM= FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OR ALTERATION OF ANY UI ING WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF �Li -L , REQUIR-
ING THE PAYMENT OF A PERMIT YEEU) PRO FOR A
PENALTY FOR THE VIOIATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE CITY COUNDIL OF THE CITY OF -c^-^ , TMS:
_SECTION 1. That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to construct
or stru tural4 alter any building within the city limits of the city of
Texas,, without obtaining a permit therefor from the
y except where the total cost of such construction
or aciteratloa does7Wt exceed $25.00. Application for such building permit
shall be made upon a form furnished by the city. The permit fee for the
issuance of the building permit shall be $ /, 'vc .
SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this ordinance is intended to conflict
with the fire limits ordinance regulating the construct in or alteration
of buildings within the fire limits.
SECTION 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be
fined in any sum not to exceed $100.00.
