BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN:
SECTION I: After,the necessary notices have been given in the
manner and for, the length of time required by law, and after proper
/
hearing, it is the opinion of the City Council that Ordinance
J9.j"9 should be amended so that the hgrernafter
described property be classified as Zone "G" rather than Zone "B".
It Is therefore the order of the City Council that /.1 g,,, q

f,llowing described property, towit:
Situated in Collin County, Texas in the James L. Read
Survey Abstract No. 758 and being a part of Lots Noe. 2, 3 and. 4
Block K and all of Lot No. 1 and 2 in Block F and a part of Lot
No. 3 Block F of the Old Donation to the City of Allen as describe-,
In a deed from W. R. Taylor to S. M. Brown dated January 20, 1936
and being recorded in Vol. 301 page 574 of the Collin County Deed
Records and being more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at an iron stake In the Northwest corner of
Lots)�.l.gok K of the Old Donation, said"stake being in the east
line f a Street, said stake being also in the South line of
C63& Street:
Thence N 11 deg. 421 W along the west line of Lot No. 3
Block K a distance of 98.5 feet to an iron stake in the north
line of F. M. 2170;
Thence along the north line of the said highway as follows:
S 57 deg. 071 E, 430.2 feet to a R. 0. W. marker; S 62 deg. 501 E,
100.1 feet an Iron stake;$ 57 deg. 07' E, 5.0 feet an iron stake in
the east line of Lot No. 4 Block K;
Thence N 0 deg. 201 E along the east line of Lot No. 4
Block K and Lots Noe. 11 2, and 3 Block F a distance of 811.0 feet
to an iron stake;
Thence along an established fence line at a branch as

SECTION II. The factsthat It is necessary to change a part of
Zone "B" to Zone "6" and that time is of the essence, creates an
emergency and an imperative public necessity that this ordinance
take effect immediately upon its passage. `` oo
