BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN: SECTION I. After the necessary notices have been given in the manner and for the length of time required by law, and after proper hearing, it is the opinion of the city council that Ordinance #&.' )9 60 should be amended so that the hereinafter (J described property be classified as Zone "G" rather then ZONE "B". It is therefore the order of the City Council �� Lµ� CT that` rdinance P.� /9AQ- be and it Is hereby amended so that the following described property, towlt: Situated in the City of Allen, in Collin County, Texas , and in the James L. Reed Survey, Abstract No. 758, and being an irregular shaped parcel out of a part of Lot 1 and part of Lot 2 arra part of Lot 4, Stock K of the Old Donation to the City of Allen as described in a deed from W. R. Taylor et ux to S. M. Brown dated January 20, 1936 andbeing recorded in vol. 301 page 574 of the Collin County Deed Records and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at an iron stake in the southwest corner of Lot 1 Block K of said Old Donation. Said point being in the east line of Lahanna Street: Thence N. 11 deg. 421 E. along the east line of said street a distance of 339.2 feet to an iron stake in the south line of F. M. 2170 for a corner; Thence S 57 de,;. 071 E. along the south line of the said F. M. a distance of 396.5 feet to a right of way poet; Thence S. 51 deg. 35' E. along the south line of said F. M. a distance of 100.1 feet to an iron stake; Thence S 57 deg. 071 E. along the south line of said F. M. a diantace of 68.5 feet to an iron stake; Thence S 2 deg. 121 W. a distance of 23.7 feet to an iron stake, said point being in the southeast corner of Lot 4 Block K; Thence N 89 deg. 201 W along the south line of Lots 1 and 4 of Block K, a distance of 535.9 feet to the place of beginning containing 2.214 acres of land. be and the same is hereby classified as "G". it SECTION II The fact that it is necessary to change a part of Zone "B" to Zone "G" and that time is of the essence, creates an emrergency and an imperative public necessity that this ordinance take effect immediately upon its passage.
