AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE TOWN OF ALLEN, TEXAS, SO THAT A PART OF
ZONE B IS REZONED TO ZONE E, AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALLEN, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: After a public hearing held on the matter
the Council of the Town of Allen, Texas, deems it necessary
that the General Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Allen
be amended so that a part of Zone B is rezoned to Zone
E for the purpose of permitting the construction of a
clinic and physiciants office as defined in paragraph 3
of subtitle "C, D & E", of said ordinance. It is therefore
the order of the Council that said General Zoning Ordinance
be, and the same is hereby amended so that the following
described property, to -wit:
SITUATED in Collin County, Texas; a part of the J.
L. Reed Survey Abstract No. 758, and being 0.441
acres out of a tract called a 4 acre tract as des-
cribed in a deed from Ola Whisenant at al to 0.
E. Lynge dated October 17, 1944, and recorded in
Volume 349, Page 41 of the Collin County Deed Records
and said 0.441 acres being more particularly des-
cribed by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake in the east line of a
50 feet wide public road. Said stake being 25 feet
east of the west line of the said 4.0 acre tract.
Said stake also bears South, 457.5 feet from the
Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block A of the Whis-Lynge
Addition to the City of Allen, Texas.
THENCE EAST, a distance of 120.0 feet to an iron
stake;
THENCE SOUTH, a distance of 160.0 feet to an iron
stake;
THENCE WEST, a distance of 120.0 feet to an iron
stake in the east line of the said public road;
THENCE NORTH with the east line of the said public
road a distance of 160.0 feet to the place of
beginning.
CONT91NING 0.441 acres of land.
be and the same is hereby classified as Zone E-3.
SECTION 2: This ordinance is to take imediately
after its passage and approval.
Duly passed and approved by the CITY COUNCIL OF THE

that he is the owner of the following described preperty,
to -wit:

That such property is presently zoned as residential
B as that zone is defined by the General Zoning Ordinance
of the Town of Allen, Texas. This Petitioner would further
show that such property should be zoned E-3 so that a
clinic and physiciants office can be located on such premises.
Petitioner would further show in support of this petition
that there is attached hereto the written consent of all
persons owning property within two hundred (200) feet of
the above described property.
