AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 1960 ZONING ORDINANCE
AND IN PARTICULAR SECTION B(4) THEREOF; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
ALLBN,TEXAS:
SECTION I. That Section BW of the 1960
Zoning Ordinance be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
" B(4) Kindergarten, Play School
or Day Nursery; when not more
than twenty five (25) Pupils. "
SECTION II. This ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage and approval.
Duly passed and approved by the City Council
of the Town of Allen, Texas, on the -/-Z- day of
1965.
